SHIPPING POLICY
Shipments will be sent by registered mail within a maximum period of 2 working days
after confirmation of the respective payment.
Plus the fee of 4€ for shipments within the national territory.
For international shipments, value to be agreed at the time of purchase and variable depending on the region.
For orders in the Municipality of Cascais, free shipping.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
The online store carries out exchanges/returns within 14 working days after the date of receipt of the order. The costs associated with shipping to be returned/exchanged, as well as the resending of the new part, are entirely the customer's responsibility.
We only accept exchange/return after your review. Only items that are in perfect condition, and that prove that they have not been used or washed, in the original packaging and with the respective hygienic protection sticker, can be exchanged/returned. Banga Swimwear reserves the right to deny the exchange or return of any item that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
Banga Swimwear is not responsible for the misuse of its articles, nor for their incorrect washing.

In the case of a return, the shipping cost as well as the payment method commissions will be charged to the customer.
Returns of products purchased during the promotion period are not accepted.
